Shipping policy

When will I receive my order? All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after you place them. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday only.

Domestic Shipping We ship all domestic orders by UPS at present. The standard domestic delivery time is 3-7 business days.

International Shipping We deliver all international orders via DHL. The standard delivery time for international orders is 4-21 business days. Please note that international delivery may be delayed, and delivery time may differ greatly due to customs clearance. Preppy Prodigy is not liable for any customs fees and tariffs generated by international shipping.
